BATH AND STONEHENGE

A couple of weekends ago the university organised a trip to Bath and Stonehenge. I only heard about it because one of my roommates received an email about it so it felt very ~exclusive~. We left at around 7am to begin our 3 hour journey down south.
First win of the day: no line for the Roman Baths at 10am.
Second win: Seeing a line around the entire block at midday for the Roman Baths and praising the Lord we got there early.
We then took another 45 minute bus ride to Stonehenge where we saw you know, a couple of heavy rocks. That remains a mystery as to how they got there. A milli-milli years ago. (My facts could be wrong, #notpeerreviewed).

Natural hot springs of Aquae Sulis from the Roman Empire

A mini model of the Roman Baths

Remains of an unidentified man who was believed to be a wealthy traveller

These piles of stones held up the floors of the Baths so that hot air could circulate around, keeping the rooms warm.

Bath Abbey

The prettiest bathroom I have ever laid my eyes on in the Roman Baths

Saw a couple of rocks, good day

Obligatory Charlie's Angels pose (we actually fit the characters' physical characteristics so well omg)

Until next time x
